Welcome to VidQuarry, a technical service provided and owned by Contra Jet.

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms" or "Agreement") very carefully before downloading, installing, or using the VidQuarry application on (Windows 10/11) or (Android 10+) operating systems (the "App"). Your use of the App constitutes a binding legal agreement and your absolute acceptance of all provisions stated in this document. If you do not agree to any provision, you must immediately cease using the App and remove it from your devices.

1. Nature of Service and Absolute Disclaimer

Neutral Technical Tool

The User acknowledges that VidQuarry is strictly a "neutral software tool" that allows users to download public content available on the internet from over 1,000 third-party platforms (including, but not limited to: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, Vimeo, TikTok).

No Hosting

Neither Contra Jet nor VidQuarry stores, hosts, archives, distributes, or modifies any files, videos, or audio files on its servers. The downloading process occurs directly from third-party servers to the User's personal device.

2. Intellectual Property and Exclusive User Responsibility

Transfer of Liability

You (the User) bear full and absolute legal responsibility, both criminal and civil, for any content you download using VidQuarry (whether in standard quality or up to 8K).

Respect for Copyrights

Using the App to download copyrighted materials without the explicit permission of the legitimate content owner is strictly prohibited. The User acknowledges that they use the App exclusively to download content they own the rights to, content falling under "Fair Use" for limited research and education, or content with open licenses (e.g., Creative Commons).

Personal Use Only

The App is permitted for personal, non-commercial use only. It is strictly forbidden to redistribute, sell, broadcast, or use the downloaded content for financial gain.

3. Relationship with Third-Party Platforms

No Affiliation

The VidQuarry App and Contra Jet are not affiliated, sponsored, endorsed, or associated in any way with any of the platforms from which content is downloaded (such as YouTube, Meta, TikTok, etc.). All trademarks belonging to these platforms are the exclusive property of their respective owners.

Third-Party Terms of Service

The User acknowledges that downloading content may violate the "Terms of Service" (TOS) of the host platform. By choosing to use VidQuarry, you solely assume any risks related to the suspension or banning of your accounts on those platforms, and you release Contra Jet from any liability or obligation arising therefrom.

4. Service Interruption and Warranties ("As-Is" Basis)

Platform Algorithm Changes

Since the App relies on the architecture of external websites, Contra Jet does not guarantee that the App will function 100% at all times. Platforms like YouTube or TikTok may change their algorithms, which may temporarily or permanently disable the download feature for certain sites.

Provided "As-Is"

The App is provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet specific user requirements. No refunds will be provided in the event that support for any platform suddenly ceases due to technical reasons beyond our control.

5. License and Usage Restrictions

Contra Jet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the VidQuarry App on supported Windows and Android systems. You are expressly prohibited from:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the App.
• Modifying the App or creating derivative works from it.
• Using the App to distribute malware or violate the privacy of third parties.
• Bypassing, circumventing, or attempting to hack the License Keys and subscription management system integrated into the App.

6. Indemnification

The User irrevocably agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Contra Jet, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, lawsuits, damages, fines, losses, or legal costs (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising directly or indirectly from:

• Your alleged infringement of third-party intellectual property rights due to the content you downloaded.
• Your violation of any provision of these Terms of Use.
• Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the App.

7. Amendments to Terms

Contra Jet reserves the absolute right to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of the VidQuarry App after the posting of such modifications constitutes your explicit acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws, and any dispute arising from it shall be resolved amicably or referred to the competent courts within the Company's jurisdiction.
